The band Pasiflorez is lucky enough to live close to the beaches of Byron Bay in Australia and want to share the peculiar atmosphere emanating from this bohemian heaven through their music. Drawing inspiration from their local surf scene and psychedelia in all its aspects, the band becomes part of the Nice Guys family with a first album to be released on March 31st: Passion Flower.

Throughout the length of this album made of eight tracks, the listener is invited to become part of the band’s musical universe influenced by the hippy atmosphere of the seventies, garage surf and elegant psychedelic rock. With fuzzy vocals, the band exposes in their catchy lyrics their own experiences but also tend towards universality, assessing themes such as the fragility and vulnerability of the self, the number of sensations the human body can experience, offering us reasons to let go and set aside cartesian ideals following along their reverberated guitar solos and dreamy synthesizers.

The listening of Passion Flower offers a trippy feeling that enables the listener to connect with the poetry of the band and become part of their universe. For a hot minute, your senses will connect with your mind, making for a cathartic experience which the band has the gift for creating.
